Not because ₹37,500 sounds right. Because a copywriter, a designer and a social media manager cost about ₹1,50,000 a month between them. Add 50% margin — and the margin goes on top, never computed off the salary, or you will always be in loss. That gives ₹2,25,000 the team has to earn. And that team can genuinely nurture six clients a month. ₹2,25,000 ÷ 6 = ₹37,500.
Then he does it again for websites, and again for ads, and gives you the rule that governs all three: one team nurtures ten clients. Not twenty-five. You can hire more teams; one team does ten, because follow-up eats everything else.
And then the table nobody publishes. How many clients one three-person ads team can carry, indexed by what the client spends:
At ₹20,000 a month of ad budget — fifteen clients comfortably, twenty at a stretch, checked every three or four days.
At ₹1 lakh — eight to ten.
At ₹25–30 lakh — three to four. "Above four you will not be able to operate."
At crore scale — one dedicated team per client, monitored two or three times a day.
With the claim underneath it, stated flat: "There are no skills in ads. In ads there is an SOP and there are numbers." A ₹500-budget client and a ₹1-crore-budget client get the same skill level. Only the monitoring frequency changes.
Now, honestly: what is actually in this bundle.
It is 105 hours across 70 modules, and most of those modules are the other Edrilla courses, re-mounted. Branding, content creation, websites, design, prompting, time management — if you own those, you own those. We would rather tell you now.
Three parts exist nowhere else, and they are why the bundle exists.
One — the Solopreneur Framework. Fourteen lessons on running a one-person agency. Niche, then the offer, written to a template you fill in: we do ___ for ___ to ___ in ___. Then six pricing models and an offer ladder. Then getting clients, taught with the real conversion rates attached rather than encouragement: a hundred cold calls, five or six people listen, nobody buys on the first call. Eighty cold emails, two or three reply, if the email is genuinely good. The full pipeline — a thousand leads becomes a hundred meetings becomes eighty proposals becomes sixteen closes, which is 1.6%. And a referral converts at thirty to forty percent, which is the argument for everything that comes after. It closes with a ninety-four-minute freelancing workshop that is four and a half times longer than any other lesson in the module.
Two — SEO Advanced Techniques. Ten lessons, three hours, and none of them are in the standalone SEO Masterclass, which stops five modules earlier. Ahrefs, Moz and Semrush taught properly; the affiliate method; link strategy; a content framework; advanced outreach with the market-standard 2–3% response rate stated up front; local SEO; international SEO; and a YouTube SEO lesson that is a different recording from the one in the content course.
Three — the Bonus workshops. Nine sessions, about fourteen hours, the densest block in the catalogue. A two-hour-forty-two-minute sales masterclass, which is the longest single lesson Edrilla has. Agency management. Lead generation. Integrated marketing. Project management. Email marketing. Online reputation management. Four of the nine are live Zoom workshops with a real room asking real questions, audio problems included.
A sample of what is in those fourteen hours, so you can judge the density:
A lead more than five minutes old loses you twenty-five to thirty percent — so he returns a 9 p.m. enquiry at 9 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays. Walk fifty shops in a market, expect two or three clients, and those three bring ten more; do it for two or three months and you live off referrals after that. Of a hundred buyers, about twenty love the product — and only two of those twenty will write a review, while everyone who hated it writes one, which is why a 4.0 rating does not mean two in ten disliked the food. Report a fake review and three or four in ten come down; seven will not. And on which skills are actually appreciating: design escalates steepest, copywriting used to and stopped after ChatGPT, and ads, social posting and copywriting carry no rate escalation at all.
Two things this bundle contains that you should discount to zero when deciding.
Module 68, "Live Sessions", is nine rows with no durations and no material we can describe. Treat it as empty until it is not. And Module 41 is an empty shell left at a copy seam.
Taught in Hindi.
