Stop guessing which keyword to pause.
Use a nine-cell search-term framework to connect campaign decisions to auction maths, customer economics and a clear diagnostic process.

Overview
A search-term report should lead to a decision. Sahil’s 3×3 matrix pairs traffic volume with outcomes, while the surrounding lessons explain acquisition costs, quality score and the order in which to investigate a failing campaign.
Know why you are pausing a keyword, changing a target or leaving a campaign alone.
Nine cells. Every search term you have ever exported belongs in exactly one of them, and every one of the nine has an instruction attached.
Sahil draws the grid on screen. Volume across the top — low, mid, high. Outcome down the side — conversions coming, clicks but no conversions, no clicks at all. Then he fills in all nine. High volume with conversions is the best cell and there is no decision to make. Mid volume with clicks and no conversions gets stopped without investigation, because the money is already gone. Low volume with clicks and no conversions does not get stopped — you let it collect data. And the cell everybody kills last, high volume with clicks and no conversions, is the one he tells you to kill first.
He calls it the Search Term Advanced Matrix. It is the most useful single page in the course and it takes twenty-five minutes to teach.
Before the matrix there is the arithmetic, and the arithmetic is the actual course.
Why does one advertiser pay ₹400 a click for position one while somebody sits above them paying ₹101? Quality score. He works it: score 1 costs you up to four times more, 5 is the neutral middle, 10 gets the job done for roughly half. Then the multiplication that decides the auction — bid × quality — so a 10-scorer bidding ₹100 forces a 1-scorer to bid ₹1,000 just to draw level.
Then the question almost nobody running ads can answer: what are you actually allowed to pay for a customer? Not what feels affordable. LTV = average order value × repeat purchases × margin. Divide by three. That is your ceiling, and every bid decision after it stops being a guess.
And the thing that makes the difference between an operator and someone pressing buttons: the culprit chain. When a campaign fails there are exactly four suspects, in order — the keyword was wrong, the ad was bad, the website didn't convert, or the strategy brought the wrong person entirely. He gives you the test for each. Somebody searched "what is digital marketing" and landed on your course page and didn't buy? That is not a landing-page problem. The keyword was never going to work.
Sometimes the answer is not in the ad account at all. His product costs ₹200 and sells at ₹300. A competitor's costs ₹100 and sells at ₹400. The competitor can spend ₹200 to make one sale. He cannot. No bid strategy fixes that, and he says so: business model failure.
The specifics keep coming. The Target CPA ratchet — ₹200, then 195, then 190, then 185, stepping down until conversions fall away, and that inflection point is where you stay. The tweak-frequency table: 15 sales a month in an ad group, change the target once a fortnight; 500 a month, change it every three to four hours. How much data before you decide anything — 1,000 clicks, 1,000 impressions, seven days minimum, and a refusal to judge on less. And the lead-gen arithmetic he uses to price a retainer: five leads a day is 150 a month, a decent offering closes 20–30 of them, a B2B consignment averages ₹5–10 lakh, so you are handing the client ₹1.5 crore of recurring business — which is how he arrives at what to charge for it.
He teaches from his own accounts, and from fourteen years of running an agency he has since sold. He says both on camera. He is unusually direct about what that means: he cannot run an agency for three years, so he would rather his students ran one properly. "I have nothing to save."
One honest warning, in his words. These rules are written for real budgets. At ₹100 a day, he says plainly, they are not relevant to you. His stated aim is to prepare you at agency level, on large spend. If that is not where you are yet, the first three modules will still pay for themselves and the last one will sit unused for a while.
Taught in Hindi. 9½ hours across 15 lessons — the highest hours-per-lesson of anything in the catalogue, because most of these are sit-with-me screen shares rather than short videos.
What you’ll be able to do
Triage an exported search term report through all nine cells — promote to exact, negative it, pause it now, investigate first, or leave it to accumulate — and check the CPA before promoting anything.
Explain why your click costs what it does — the three quality-score components, the bid × quality multiplication, and the six fixes he names for bringing the price down.
Calculate what your business is allowed to pay for a customer — LTV = AOV × repeats × margin, divided by three — and set CPA or ROAS from that number instead of from instinct.
Find the culprit behind a failing campaign in order — keyword, ad, website, strategy — and recognise the case where the ad account is fine and the business model is not.
Run the Target CPA ratchet to its inflection point and know how often you are allowed to touch the target at 15, 50, 100 and 500 sales a month.
Price a lead-generation retainer from the client's own margin and order value, then diagnose it when it stops working — CTR, then landing page against a 10% floor, then lead quality, then how fast anyone called back.
Inside the course
A roadmap and the three business types the case studies cover: D2C, B2B, and an ordinary local business. One minute. Skip it if you are in a hurry; nothing is lost.
One unbroken screen share in which he builds six campaigns end to end — Search, Display, two kinds of Video, Shopping through Performance Max and standard, and App — plus a Merchant Center feed by four different methods. His instruction for this one: build them without spending money until the interface is muscle memory.
The durable half, and the reason to buy the course. The auction and quality score. Bidding strategies with a stated use case each. Cost control, LTV, CAC and the CPA ratchet. Keyword research in Keyword Planner with no paid tool, including pulling a competitor's keyword list out of their own URL. Account architecture. Attribution.
Watch Goal Setting → Keyword Research → Cost Control. Cost Control assumes keyword research you have not done yet if you take the stored order literally.
His own frameworks and four long workshops. The Golden Matrix — the setup constants he now uses, including why he cut keywords-per-ad-group from 20–25 down to 10–15. The Search Term Advanced Matrix and the culprit chain. Then Performance Max, ad copy, YouTube ads, and lead generation, each taught at workshop length.
Numbered "Module 4" inside the videos. Same module.
